Return Policy

At Repro Products Inc., we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following terms:
Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

All returned items must be shipped back within 5 business days of return authorization.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Products must be unused and in original, unopened packaging.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested and approved before shipping any items back.
Important:
Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstance.
Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used products

Custom or special-order items

Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
Return Process

Contact us at [your customer service email/phone] to request an RMA.

Once approved, ship the item(s) with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.

Upon inspection and approval, refunds (minus restocking and shipping fees) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
