Order Processing

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 within the continental U.S. (if applicable).
• Oversized, heavy, or special-handling items may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed before checkout.
Tracking Your Order

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
• If your order is lost or delayed, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
• If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
Restocking Policy
• Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price.
• Restocking fees are applied to cover inspection, repackaging, and inventory handling.
• The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.
• Restocking fees do not apply if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
